About the Role:
Genesis AI is on a mission to transform businesses through the power of emerging technologies and AI-driven innovation. We are expanding our sales team and looking for ambitious Account Executives to help us grow our portfolio across consulting, AI transformation, mobile/web development, digital marketing, and outsourcing services.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the full Genesis AI service portfolio
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide consultative solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract
- Collaborate with solution experts and delivery teams for successful project execution
- Log all activities in CRM and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of successful B2B sales experience (preferably in technology or consulting sectors)
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and startup mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
