Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, driven Account Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for selling our full portfolio of services to new and existing customers, helping them leverage digital transformation to achieve business success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across our portfolio of services.
- Develop a deep understanding of Genesis AI’s offerings and be able to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff after closing deals.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and report sales activities and pipeline status.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, consulting, or digital transformation industries.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to map customer needs to solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Passionate about technology, AI, and digital innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory).
